Back to Basics:
This is our twist on a classic pepperoni pizza, and one of our most favorite pies. Instead of the traditional cased meat, thinly slice our rover radishes to mimic pepperoni. Perception is everything, right? Furthermore, we pile our microgreen mix high on the pie, halfway through the 20 minute cook time at 400F. To top off this vegetarian twist we sprinkle a generous amount of micro-basil on top, after the pizza has cooled slightly. The result is a delicious pie that leave you feeling full and uplifted.
